Righteous, Holy, and Gracious Father in heaven,
Thank you for this day and especially thank you for Jesus,
the most precious gift you could give us.
Thank you also for our mothers, the next most precious gift we
have from you.
Please be with our mothers and bless them, especially on
this Mothers’ Day.
Dear LORD, some of our mothers face many struggles - some
are sick and some face other troubles that life has thrown their way. Some of
our mothers care for children that are sick or physically disabled, and some
mothers have lost children - please comfort and bless these mothers too.
Please forgive us and care for us and help us to serve you
the best way we know how in our journey to know you better.
In the name of Jesus, who came to rescue us……….Amen.
