Sometimes the events that come our way
in life overwhelm us. When that happens we can feel helpless. That feeling many
times is very accurate because things happen that we have no control over and
on our own we can’t do anything about them....
There’s good news though - God wants
to help us.
John 14:1 "Your heart must not be
troubled. Believe in God; believe also in Me. (Joh 14:1 CSB)

42:5 Why am
I so depressed ? Why this turmoil within me? Put your hope in God , for I will
still praise Him, my Savior and my God.
God wants to know us and have a
relationship with us. That relationship needs His Word and communication with
Him in order to be real, to be nurtured, and to grow.
When we turn our troubles over to God
we have just turned them over to someone who can do something about them.
