On Prayerlessness

"Why do you not pray? Have you no need to pray?
Is there no good thing that God can give, and that you need?
No earthly good for yourself or others?... No spiritual good?
Have you no sins to be forgiven?
Have you no weakness to be helped, no temptations to struggle against?
Have you no troubles?...
Why do you not pray?"
-John A. Broadus (1827-95), a founder and the second president of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

We all need to pray... it let's God know that we care and that we recognize His ability and desire to help us.

Let's make 2020 our year of prayer as we journey to know God better.

Paul.
